How to earn GEARS

GEARS can be earned through increased purchasing and active partnership with ORAPI. The main route is incremental spend, supported by additional ways to earn through training, site visits, referrals, case studies and customer engagement.

Earn GEARS through incremental spend

When your purchasing increases above your current average spend over an agreed period, the additional value generates GEARS. GEARS can be redeemed through the rewards portal.

Agree your baseline Your Account Manager confirms your current average spend, based on your existing purchasing level.

Set your growth target You agree the additional monthly spend target and the period the reward programme will run for.

Earn on the increase The value above your agreed baseline is classed as incremental spend and can generate GEARS.

Redeem your GEARS Your GEARS can then be spent through the ORAPI Rewards Portal on eligible rewards.

GEARS are ORAPI Rewards points that can be earned through eligible purchasing growth and selected partnership activities.

How do I earn GEARS through spend?

Your Account Manager will agree a base spend figure with you. When your purchasing increases above that figure during the agreed period, the additional value can generate GEARS.

Can I earn GEARS without increasing spend?

Yes. Eligible engagement activities may also generate GEARS, including testimonials, site visits, referrals, training days, case studies, workout days, planning meetings and online training.

What can I spend GEARS on?

GEARS can be redeemed through the ORAPI Rewards Portal for workplace upgrades, branded items, equipment, technology, leisure rewards and personal rewards.

Who confirms my baseline?

Your ORAPI Account Manager will confirm your agreed starting point, target, time period and eligible reward activity.

Are rewards guaranteed?

Rewards are subject to eligibility, agreed programme terms, GEARS balance and availability through the ORAPI Rewards Portal.
