Baked-on fats and carbonised residues in production fryers are loosened. This alkaline powder blends caustic alkalis, detergents and sequestrants to remove vegetable oils. Effective in hard or soft water and free-rinsing, it leaves ferrous metal fryer surfaces clean and ready to refill.

Fat Fryer Cleaner is a powerful alkaline powder formulated to remove vegetable oils and stubborn carbonised deposits from deep fat fryers. Blending caustic alkalis, detergents and sequestrants, it delivers effective cleaning in both hard and soft water and leaves a fully free-rinsing finish. Designed for large-scale, production-type food fryers and suitable for all ferrous metal surfaces. For best results, pre-mix in cold water then heat the working solution to 82–94°C at 19–25 g/L and allow to soak until residues soften before rinsing thoroughly. Avoid use on aluminium, zinc, copper and their alloys, and test alkaline-sensitive materials. Supplied in 10 kg and 25 kg poly pails for convenient dosing and storage.
