Free Way is a penetrating fluid and release agent formulated from refined solvents, mineral oils, and wetting agents to free rusted joints and seized fittings. Its high flash point supports a slower evaporation rate, allowing time for deep penetration while minimising product loss. Wetting and penetrating agents work rapidly to cut through corrosion, and the lubricating mineral oils help prevent released fittings from re-seizing. Use as supplied and apply by aerosol, brush, swab, non-atomising spray or soak-tank immersion, then allow it to penetrate before dismantling. Suitable for all metals and most plastics; note it may cause distortion or swelling on some rubber materials.
