Oxyseal is an inorganic hardening paste designed to seal and lock mating surfaces and threaded assemblies in contact with oxygen and at extreme temperatures. Suitable for liquid and gaseous oxygen, it also serves on flanges and threads carrying carbon dioxide, acetylene and nitrogen, as well as oils and common solvents. The product offers excellent stability over time (avoid immersion in water) and can be disassembled with standard tools. Ready to use, it should be applied to clean, dry parts, covering 3 to 5 threads before assembly. Allow 24 hours before pressurisation; for significant pressure, 3 days is recommended. Operating from -250°C to +1100°C and withstanding pressures up to 200 bar, it is ideal for manufacturing, hospitals and pressure cylinder maintenance.
