Brawn is a heavy-duty oven cleaning gel formulated from an aqueous blend of powerful alkalis and wetting agents. It rapidly removes stubborn baked-on and carbonised oils and fats from ovens, grills, fryers, pans and food processing plant. The thick gel brushes on easily and clings to vertical surfaces to maximise contact time and cleaning efficiency. Apply to a warm, hand-hot surface with a nylon brush, allow 5–20 minutes depending on deposit thickness, then remove with a spatula and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Suitable for stainless and mild steel, cast iron, vitreous enamel, glass and most plastics. Care is advised on painted aluminium, zinc or tinned surfaces, which may be damaged. Supplied in convenient 4 x 5 litre plastic containers.
