Gramos Barrier Gel is a water-based solution specially formulated for application to spray booth walls and robot covers. Due to its heavy-duty nature, it is not advisable to use in spray booths where operators are spraying continuously. The film does not completely dry out and will remain effective for up to 50 hours at temperatures of 50–70°C. Its tacky surface collects and holds dust, greatly assisting in keeping the spray booth area free from airborne particles which can be detrimental to the finished article. Once contaminated, the coating can be easily washed off with water.
