The OWASHER maintains consistent cleaning efficiency because the biological process continually breaks down oils and organic contamination in the fluid. The colour of the liquid does not indicate cleaning performance — dark fluid is still be highly effective.

Boost mode for heavy contamination

For heavily soiled parts, OWASHER includes a powerful Boost Mode that increases cleaning performance for when extra cleaning action is needed. This option increases the fluid temperature to 43°C (from the standard 38°C), giving operators the flexibility to clean more demanding contamination without switching to harsher solvent-based methods.

Long fluid life

OWASHER fluid does not need to be changed simply because it looks dark. The colour of the fluid is not a reliable indicator of cleaning performance. Fluid should be reviewed when:

• Bubbling activity reduces or stops
• Cleaning performance noticeably drops
• The fluid reaches the end of its working life

In typical use, the fluid lasts around 15 months on average. However, this will vary depending on the frequency of use and the amount of contamination being cleaned.
