Nanolubricant 2010 – Semi-Synthetic EP Multi-Purpose Grease

Nanolubricant 2010 is a semi-synthetic, next-generation EP grease engineered with nano-particle technology to deliver long-lasting, high-performance lubrication. The complex soap formulation adheres strongly to metal, resists water and vapour, and maintains shear resistance over months of operation. Designed for bearings and mechanisms working under heavy loads and variable speeds (500 to 8000 rpm), it operates from -30°C to 230°C and withstands high temperatures with a drop point above 240°C. Excellent anti-wear and oxidation resistance help extend re-lubrication intervals by up to five times while reducing wear, friction and energy consumption, and preventing false Brinelling. Proven performance includes 4-ball EP welding 800 kg, Timken OK 45 lb and EMCOR 0/0, with service life >3000 h at 10,000 rpm and 150°C. Available in cartridges, box, drums and a CO2 aerosol with 100% active product.
