Metclean DX4900 is a citric acid based formulation designed for the removal of light rust, metallic oxides, water scale, cement and light oils from metallic and non-metallic surfaces. The product is also suitable for the general cleaning and brightening of various metals and particularly stainless steel.

Metclean DX4900 is suitable for application by low pressure spray or immersion cleaning in wash tanks. It can also be manually applied by brush or wiping. The concentrated formulation can be diluted to suit many different applications and can be used hot or cold as required.

Metclean DX4900 is a non-fuming, citric acid based product which provides excellent cleaning power without the need for stronger acids. This makes it a safer alternative to hydrochloric and phosphoric acid based products.
