Metfin IP3510 is a liquid iron phosphating solution designed to simultaneously clean and conversion coat steel, aluminium, and zinc substrates. It produces a high-performance amorphous phosphate coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance and greatly enhances the adhesion of applied paint finishes.

Metfin IP3510 has been specially formulated to allow safe application by handheld spray lance equipment. This allows for flexible application in a wide range of situations where traditional multistage spray systems are not practical. It is particularly effective at treating existing large structures where disassembly is not an option.

Metfin IP3510 is an organically accelerated product that produces a superior finish without the aid of chlorate or molybdate accelerators. The heavy metal free formulation makes it safer to use than many alternative products and the concentrated formulation provides effective treatment at low in use concentrations.

Metfin IP3510 meets the requirements of BS3189 type IV.
