Metspray AK3802 is an alkaline spray wash detergent designed to remove oils, greases and medium duty soils typically encountered in engineering and manufacturing environments. It contains a sophisticated blend of surfactants and anti-static agents that have been specially designed to reduce the static charges which cause contamination to adhere to plastic surfaces. The powerful detergents and wetting agents effectively cut through stubborn soils to leave a clean, streak-free surface.

Metspray AK3802 can also be used to clean and degrease ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The flexible formulation contains a specially designed corrosion inhibition package that makes it compatible with most sensitive metals. It is not suitable for use on copper or copper alloys, which will undergo severe attack on contact.

Metspray AK3802 has been specifically designed to be used in spray wash plants, and the liquid formulation is compatible with automatic dosing equipment. It is economical to use and can be readily diluted to suit a range of applications. It can be used at ambient temperatures or heated up to 80°C to increase penetration on areas with heavy contamination.
