Metspray AK3818 is a single stage, no rinse cleaner designed to remove oils, greases and medium duty soils typically encountered in engineering and manufacturing environments. It contains a sophisticated blend of surfactants and wetting agents that can effectively cut through stubborn soils to leave a clean degreased surface ready for painting or other surface treatments. The advanced formulation will float most oils and greases allowing for easy removal, prolonging the life of the working solution.

Metspray AK3818 contains a specially designed corrosion inhibition package that imparts a rust inhibiting film onto metal surfaces. This film offers short term protection against future corrosion making it the perfect cleaner for inter stage cleaning applications or prior to short-term storage. The rust inhibiting film will not interfere with paint adhesion, making this product suitable for over painting without rinsing.

Metspray AK3818 is suitable for use on most ferrous and non-ferrous metals including zinc and most grades of aluminium. It is not suitable for use on magnesium and copper alloys which will undergo severe attack on contact.
