The Gramos Microwipe AS is a specially developed, non-linting cleaning wipe. This is based on high quality, strong tear resistant non-woven microfibre fabric which is impregnated with a tightly controlled quantity of specially formulated water based, biodegradable cleaning / degreasing fluid with anti-static agents. The Microwipe AS offers the perfect solution to removing light contamination, dust, oils and greases from both metallic and plastic non-porous surfaces prior to finishing operations in applications such as Automotive OEM and plastic component manufacturing. The controlled level of impregnation offers a variety of evaporation rates to suit various drying times to ensure efficient production procedure. Microwipe AS is the ideal ultra-low VOC level product to replace conventional IPA solvent wipes for cleaning of sensitive substrates.
