Metsoak AK3930 is a caustic free powdered immersion cleaner designed to remove greases, oils and swarf residues typically encountered in the engineering and reconditioning industries. It contains a blend of non-caustic alkalis, detergents, and surfactants that breakdown oily residues and disperse them into the working solution, preventing redepositing and ensuring a long tank life. The product also incorporates a yellow dye to aid in rinsing, allowing users to ensure a residue free finish.

Metsoak AK3930 is a versatile formulation that can be used in a number of different cleaning processes. The 100% active formulation can be easily diluted to suit most cleaning operations and equipment set-ups. It is primarily used as an immersion cleaner however it can also be used in electro-cleaning, barrelling, and spray wash applications. It is suitable for heating at temperatures up to 80°C where the increased temperatures aid soil penetration and reduce processing time.

Metsoak AK3930 is suitable for use on ferrous metals, copper, and brass. It can also be used on aluminium and zinc and their alloys however care should be taken as some etching will occur on contact.
